DAY 1

DAY 3

By Day 3, you’ll be ready to step into your full power. You’ll leave behind old stories and limiting beliefs, and make a commitment to yourself to live from a place of truth and authenticity. We’ll guide you through the process of expressing what matters most to you, both internally and outwardly. Itinerary

We’ll share the full itinerary with you once you book, but we want to give you a glimpse of what to expect:

Day 1:

8:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Expect a day dedicated to grounding and empowerment. The day will begin with yoga, followed by time in nature, exercises for self-reflection, and creative activities. You’ll also have time to address your individual progress in yoga with personalised guidance. 

The focus will be on your root and sacral chakras—energy centres related to grounding, sense of belonging and intuition.

Day 2:

6:30 AM – 10:30 PM

This day will centre on endurance and inner dialogue, moving towards an external expression of yourself. Expect an upbeat practice, balancing exercises, and activities designed to help you communicate more freely. The day will focus on the solar plexus and throat chakras—helping you embrace your personal truth and express yourself with confidence.

Day 3:

6:30 AM – 5:30 PM

On the final day, we’ll focus on authentic self-expression and reflection. You’ll engage in activities that deepen your connection to your true self and set a foundation for life beyond the retreat. Expect time to evolve your personal yoga practice. The day will centre on your throat and heart chakras—energy centres that support both your determination and your ability to give and receive love with authenticity.

Kris

Kris’ journey to aligning with her true self began when she sought holistic support for her ongoing struggles (we’re speaking 20 years) with allergies. This decision sparked a profound shift in her life. What started as a path to physical healing soon evolved into a commitment to honoring her well-being on a deeper level. She learned how to spend more time in stillness, refuse compromises on what felt right, and practice the right breathing at the right moments. Through this process, Kris found joy in the seemingly small things, and over a surprisingly short time, her physical concerns began to fade.
As she continued this commitment, everything else in her life began to align. Major decisions—career, relationships—felt more intuitive, and the challenges that once seemed overwhelming started to smooth out, unfolding in ways she had longed for.
Kris has been practicing yoga for 18 years, and she describes it as a never-ending journey of self-discovery. Yoga has not only transformed her body but also taught her life’s greatest lessons, leading her to live in beautiful places around the world. As a teacher, Kris shares her experiences with students of all backgrounds and levels, guiding them to connect with their own truth. She’s also a new mom to Otis, a passionate wake surfer, and the founder of Globalistina.

Sarah

Sarah’s journey into holistic wellness began over a decade ago when she sought a deeper connection through yoga and energetic therapies. What started as a quest for physical healing quickly evolved into a transformative path of personal growth and self-discovery. Her studies led her to traditional ashrams, where she immersed herself in Himalayan practices, Reiki, and a range of therapeutic techniques that would shape her approach to teaching.

Through this process, Sarah discovered the power of small, consistent shifts—subtle changes that yield profound, lasting transformation. As a teacher, she creates a supportive and nurturing environment where participants can explore their inner worlds with compassion and creativity. Sarah’s background in art, design, and fashion infuses everything she does, bringing a unique energy to her work and allowing her to inspire others to express their own individuality.

An avid climber, swimmer, skier, and surfer, Sarah draws deep inspiration from nature and outdoor adventures. This connection fuels her work, guiding students to embrace challenges with courage and step into their full potential. Sarah’s diverse life experiences have taught her the importance of continuous growth, and she shares this with her students every step of the way.

Maria

Maria's work is deeply rooted in a passion for inspiring others to create harmony in their lives.
For over five years, she has been dedicated to facilitating transformative experiences that cultivate spiritual and physical connection, through retreats and workshops held in Bali and Mexico. Hosting and attending retreats are her favourite activities because they allow her to reconnect with her most authentic self. These experiences nourish her own soul and provide space for others to reconnect with their true essence.
As a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, Maria has guided individuals on their journeys toward balanced, nourishing lifestyles. Additionally, she is a Meditation Teacher and a facilitator of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She specialises in Somatic Coaching, helping clients reconnect with their bodies as a gateway to healing and growth.
For Maria, connecting with her body has been an essential part of her spiritual path. It was through deepening her awareness of her physical being that she began to uncover the layers of her soul, gaining insight and clarity. The body is a powerful vessel for transformation, and by learning to listen to it, she was able to release old patterns and tap into a more grounded, authentic version of herself. It is this connection that allows her to move through life with more presence, peace, and purpose.
