Shipping Info

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please make sure your shipping details are correct as we will not be able to change it once the order has been dispatched.

The order confirmation is not an acceptance of your order. To confirm the order, we will conduct the usual credit, anti-fraud, security and related legal checks as well as stock availability and, if acceptable, will then process your order.

Once your order has been packed and scheduled for delivery, we will send you an order & shipment confirmation via email, which is our acceptance of the order.

Orders usually take 1 working day to process and schedule for delivery.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, LEAD TIMES AND CHARGES

When estimating your delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, security checks and order processing. Please note that delivery is always subject to receiving your full payment.

Cut off time for all orders is 12PM (CET)

*Working days are Monday to Saturday, not including holidays.

We reserve the right to deliver products only to the person who is the intended recipient of the order as stated on the label of the parcel and to request ID check for verification purposes at the time of delivery for certain categories of products. 

Please note that we have no influence on the taxes and duties charged by the authorities of the receiving country outside of the EU Zone and these are not included in the order payment you make to Globalistina GmbH. These charges are usually made apparent once the goods arrive at the customs clearance of the receiving country.
