itinerary

We’ll share the full itinerary with you once you book, but we want to give you a glimpse of what to expect:

Day 1:
8:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Expect a day dedicated to grounding and empowerment. The day will begin with yoga, followed by time in nature, exercises for self-reflection, and creative activities. You’ll also have time to address your individual progress in yoga with personalised guidance. The focus will be on your root and solar plexus chakras—energy centres related to grounding and willpower.

Day 2:
6:30 AM – 10:30 PM
This day will centre on endurance and inner dialogue, moving towards an external expression of yourself. Expect an upbeat practice, balancing exercises, and activities designed to help you communicate more freely. The day will focus on the solar plexus and throat chakras—helping you embrace your personal truth and express yourself with confidence.

Day 3:
6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
On the final day, we’ll focus on authentic self-expression and reflection. You’ll engage in activities that deepen your connection to your true self and set a foundation for life beyond the retreat. Expect time to evolve your personal yoga practice. The day will centre on your throat and heart chakras—energy centres that support both your determination and your ability to give and receive love with authenticity.

What to bring

We will share a list of recommended things to pack closer to the retreat date. We will also be sharing some recommended colours to wear for this retreat. It is absolutely not a must, but a nice to have.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m a yoga beginner. Is this the right place for me?

Absolutely! As long as you have a basic fitness level in place.

Though a yoga class is guided by an instructor, it is a very individual practice so you decide what you’re happy to do and what not.

The levels of the participants might cover the whole spectrum and we promise it’ll be a fun experience and challenge for everyone.

I’m planning to come by myself and it feels a little intimidating. Will others be travelling solo, as well?

Yes! There are other solo attendees and in fact that can be quite a beneficial experience, since you can focus entirely on yourself and be open to meeting and connecting with new people.

I’ve never done some of the activities that you mention in the itinerary.Is it an issue?

Not at all. It can even be an advantage as you’ll be approaching those activities with a completely neutral mindset.

What if I have specific dietary requirements?

Just let us know what it is, and we will make sure to accommodate for those.

Is it a mixed gender event?

For now we only have female signups but it is open to all genders.

Do I have to attend all activities?

Not at all. It is completely up to you what you choose to attend and what not.

We believe it’s great to experiment with all the options we offer but some activities might just not be your thing or you might not feel it on the day.

It’s your retreat and all up to you. The only thing we ask, is that you give us a quick heads up so we don’t wait for you.

Who’s teaching the classes and session?

All sessions will be covered either by Kris, Sarah or Maria.

The sound healing session will be covered by a guest facilitator.

We are all qualified yoga and meditation instructors and have years of experience.
